Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial.
  • Subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
  • Users may be redirected to Stripe Checkout to subscribe.
  • Users may manage billing through Stripe Billing Portal where enabled.
  • If a subscription is cancelled, the account may be downgraded to the free or Starter plan.
  • Reply counters may reset after successful paid invoices.
  • If payment fails, AI replies may be paused until billing is updated.
